With over 15 years of experience behind the lens, photography has been my passion.

To further refine my skills and push my creative boundaries, I attended the Rocky Mountain School of Photography. The intensive training there helped me elevate my technical abilities, expand my artistic perspective, and truly grow as a visual storyteller.

Since then, I’ve continued to evolve, constantly taking new classes, exploring emerging techniques, and staying curious.

Photography is always changing, and I believe in learning as a lifelong part of the creative process. This commitment allows me to bring fresh vision, expertise, and heart to every session I photograph.

I believe photography is an art and at its core, it’s about storytelling.

To me, it’s never just about taking pictures. It’s about capturing real, honest moments that reflect who you are and what your story feels like.

My goal is always to make you feel comfortable, seen, and completely yourself during our time together. That’s when the real magic happens, when you’re free to just be, and I get to document the beauty of it.

I have always been a photographer.

Pictures tell the story of life. Each one is precious in its’ content and captures a special, unique moment in time.

I am a 4th generation Bozemanite and proud of that. My education at MSU allowed me the opportunity for a fabulous career in the laser (photonic), high-tech industry, that is very successful in this college town.

I had the privilege, luck and fortitude to stick with the same laser company for over 25 years. My job and believe me, it was the best job in the whole company, was building lasers from the ground up. I was a laser system technical integrator for production. Yes, indeed I assembled and combined all kinds of laser systems! 

I recently retired and decided it’s time to pursue my true passion…photography. I am in my element shooting events, social gatherings, sports, families, pets, children and portraits, that give joy and happiness to the people participating.

My family, friends and associates are supportive and have been very gracious letting me spend the past 15 years practicing my craft at their weddings, sports events, group and family sessions, with portraits being one of my favorites
